Abravnel’s pictures show two bearded men wearing sunglasses and three other men wearing face coverings on board the boat. One of the men on board appeared to be holding an image of Mike Lindell, CEO of the My Pillow company. Lindell, who is a well-known Trump supporter, recently hit back against claims that his product pricing was inadvertently linked to neo-Nazi propaganda.
Reminder
very kind of that Nazi rally attendee to inform us
They’re just astral projecting there
Newsweek was unable to independently verify at the time of publication whether the people on the boat were from the antifa movement.
Oh, fuck off. I’m unable to independently verify whether the people on the boat were Newsweek employees.
So they did publish the name of a Neo-Nazi identified on the boat with the Nazi flags, who’s the founder of a Neo-Nazi group.
But going as far as to say these known Neo-Nazis are not antifa would be too far.
Cause Neo-Nazis are so often also antifascist…
chances are some of them were
I am unsure if some kind of people are that stupid or they just pretend to be that stupid. what the hell is wrong with americans anyway to fear antifa so much
I can confirm for you it was not Newsweek employees, just JD Vance.
FL 2205 TD. I wonder who that’s registered to?
Tonal Drump
Seems the Mike Pillows dog whistle pricing reached its intended audience too.
88.88? What’s the price?
Eugh. Thanks.
I mean I have a tiny bit of respect for Beardy McNazi in the back there, not afraid to show his facist face. A tiny bit. Maybe an iota.
How is it that Trump followers are pro Nazis and pro Israel at the same time? Or is it because Israel is starting to follow Nazis’ footsteps?
They only support Israel because they hate Muslims more.
And because the religious sect believes they need the Jews to bring Armageddon/the rapture.
Conservatives aren’t actually Christian, you realize? It’s all virtue signaling to disguise being vile snakes out to enrich themselves and their families, while actively fucking over the rest of the country/world to get there.
Dont fall into the rhetoric, those arguments are a distraction.
You’re mistaken. While I would agree that most conservative politicians, pundits, and mouthpieces are con artists who don’t actually believe most of the religious bullshit they pander, the average conservative voter does trend significantly more religious. This is true practically everywhere in the world. Religion is the primary source of conservative beliefs and ideology.
Not all conservatives are the same. I know plenty of the staunchly religious type. Two things can be true at the same time.
It’s all virtue signaling to disguise being vile snakes out to enrich themselves and their families, while actively fucking over the rest of the country/world to get there.
Those republicans use identity politics and religion to control the votes of evangelical/fundamentalist christians.
The xtian nationalists/zionists would declare they are the ONLY xtians. It’s not a distraction at all; their goofy bullshit about their chosen version of the various Abrahamic cults is something they absolutely believe in and it’s dragging down all of humanity.
Dumbasses missed the point of your post. You are absolutely right. Their religiosity is performative to mask the fact that they are just shit human beings.
Sorry, point taken. I definitely was directing my “Conservatives” comment specifically at conservatives in the government.
Obviously, my comment was. HUGE blanket generalization, which is never a great stance.
It’s sad you’re being downvoted by “Reddit Atheist” types
“The enemy of my enemy is still my enemy, but we’ll tolerate them while they kill the right people.”
So at the end of the day it’s Dominionism amd The Book of Revalations. It’s the idea that once the Jews take control of the holy land the apocalyptic prophesies in the Book of Revelations will be set into motion and God will come down from heaven and separate the 144,000 good holy people from the sinners who didn’t belive in God and take them into heaven, probably rapture style.
Being Pro Israel and a conservative isn’t really about caring about the history of prejudice the Jewish people have faced throughout much of history, it’s about using the Jewish people as a pawn in fulfilling a ~2000 year old prophesy.
Yuuuup.
I find it equal parts infuriating and hilarious… These motherfuckers want to pull some “Jesus hates this one trick!” type shit to trick their lord into appearing sooner than would “naturally” happen and they don’t think the all knowing all powerful God wouldn’t realize they had millions of people killed purposely for this? Their meddling and enabling is what would have that region in the state of war “required” for Armageddon…
Like what?
I believe in their view, it’s presented as ‘god can’t come back until conditions are right, don’t keep him waiting’
The answer to why god needs their help when he’s all powerful is some mumbling about tests of faith and the unknowable nature of the divine
It’s something I’ve noticed is pretty consistent across a lot of the very evangelical Protestant denominations, they have so many contradictions that just asking some veryxbasic questions just shorts out and they have to rely on thought terminating cliches. At least the less insane Protestant denominations and the Catholic Church try to maintain some level of actively grapple with the conflicting concepts. The catholic church for all its problems does have theologians throughout its history attempting to make more logical sense of the beliefs, even if many of those beliefs are somewhat nonsensical.
Also, killing millions in his name? Old testament God is probably fully erect watching it.
Fun fact: Kelsey Grammar (Frasier) is a proud Trump supporter and Christian who also publicly supported Roseanne Barr after she was fired from her show’s reboot for tweeting that one of Obama’s advisers was what happened when the “Muslim Brotherhood and Planet of the Apes had a baby”.
Big oof… What a “wonderful” person… Didn’t you know though, Roseanne was only racist because she was on Ambien!
Side effects may include: dizziness, upset stomach, headaches, slight fascist tendencies, blurred vision, and racism.
And literally multiple times in the gospels Jesus literally says none of us will know the day or the hour of his return. And so many people take the Book of Revalations at face value rather than understanding it as more of an encoded hit piece against most likely Emperor Nero who very much ramped up persecution against the early Christians. Basically saying, this Nero guy is a piece of shit but don’t lose faith.
I’m encouraged that this is becoming more well known
Watch Praying for Armageddon; I’ve seen other docs that cover this as well, but this is a fairly recent one.
They’re different subgroups
there is that, but I think also many republicans have a weird cognitive dissonance where they’re antisemitic in general, but still very pro-israel/zionist because of fundamental christianity, and/or they are even more islamaphobic than antisemitic.
Honestly I could see some of them being stupid enough to think Isreal is majority Christian. Like they’d be “ethnically Jewish” but Christian religion.
I think that they are pro-Israel because they want all the American Jews to move there to rid them of “the problem” of American Jews. Think of them like national segregationists - they don’t mind Jewish people existing as long as they are “over there”. And it’s also in Israel’s interest to project themselves as the only place in the world where Jews can be safe.
It’s a place created as a home for jews pretty much by antisemites, with the main idea being “we’re okay with jews but only if they’re not in our country”.
There’s a lot of fascinating history about the creation of Israel by antisemites that you can find, but the gist is that zionism and antisemitism often go hand in hand, and it seems this has not really changed.
Some of it is rooted in xtian zionism, and it’s not because they have any special regard for Jews other than as pawns for their dopey eschatological notions. They just think the Jews have to be in Israel to fulfill prophecies that involve a magical Jewish carpenter coming back (and killing most of the Jews, by the way).
They’re both far-right ideologically, and it turns out the idea of “never again” to Zionists means "Never again to us"
…and the best way they believe to make sure of this, is by genociding other peoples.
Nazis love the idea of a single state for each group of people. They love it as a destination for deportations fulfilling their short-term bigoted plans.
Of course their long-term bigoted plans are invasion, stealing resources, and mass murder.
Well in some cases that’s complicated. Dominionists will support anyone that either will bring in the end times or the destruction of Israel because that’s part of their end time beliefs. They also support anyone that claims to be Christian. Supporting Israel until it is destroyed is all part of their convoluted fantasy life.
It has to do with what they believe is predicted in Revelations, which is to say in order to bring about the Second coming they need a mountain of dead Jews. Best way to ensure that outcome is to vehemently support Israel as their genocidal wars spiral out of control. That’s why Trump moved the US Embassy to Jerusalem, it’s symbolic to the Christian Nationalists
The actual mid-20th century German Nazis wanted to create an Israel, although they intended on it being in a different place. It was basically their way to “justify” deporting every Jew
The cynical support for Israel is something that runs very, very deep with the xtian nationalists. There have been various documentaries that touch on this, but one of the more recent ones I’ve seen (and remember the name of) is: “Praying for Armageddon”.
Taking care of one enemy first and then the other. Belief in religious stuff is fungible, so it doesn’t count for shit
Edit and white people who support Nazism are in for a rude awakening when their own group starts defining “good white” vs “bad white”. Ask the Irish, Italians, Eastern Europeans, etc.

A vote for Trump is a vote for Nazis. Always has been but now they’re showing faces so you know its true.
Now? Since day one they’ve been waving the flags that their grandfathers took from fascists when they kill them and liberated France and then said “I’m saying what we’re all thinking, the sheeple are just too afraid to speak their minds!”
Trump was a laughing stock day one, he was scary when he gained ground, and now people think it’s awesome to be a Nazi and not be worried about someone clocking them in the face like they deserve.
The mask has been slipping since 2008 for Republicans, 2016 is when they painted their face to show dogwhistles, 2020 is when they just started waving the flag of their true ideology, “Fascism is awesome for me, actually.”
They wrote: “I was in the parade today. Just like on J6 [January 6], those are not Trump supporters. They were antifa scumbag imposters and were treated accordingly as you’ll see in the video.” Antifa is a term for far-left groups that resist facists and neo-Nazis.
LOL, they are still going with this BS for J6? Why would dementia donnie pardon a bunch of “antifa”, then?
Antifa is a term for far-left groups
Antifa is a term for the monsters under conservatives’ beds.
Yeah, all our products cost 14.88 but that’s just a coincidence.
It is amazing how open they show their colors even before the election. Maybe, just maybe some potential voters read this as a warning sign.
Unfortunately this is more likely to cement his existing support
Why? Are Confederate flags too passé for them now?
No, they just ferl that they don’t have to hide their identity anymore
No need for dog whistles anymore, they’ve moved on to airhornes.
They love Neo-Nazis. What they don’t love is when they get too loud or conspicuous, because it costs them PR points (sometimes). This is the only reason the right wing will ever so much as give lip service to thinking these people might be anything less than “very fine people”.
They’re Buddhists. You can tell by their flags.
These are Nazis.
FYI, it’s not just a Buddhist symbol, but a general Asian symbol. My wife’s family is Hindu—she she most of her family were born in India. My family is Jewish, we’d moved from Poland to the Americas as a result of growing antisemitism/the Holocaust.
For our wedding weekend, we printed programs that included information about each other’s cultures to help our families mitigate any culture shock. Part of it was asking her family to refrain from using swastic symbols due to the negative connotation my family had associated because of Nazi appropriation. It also had notes informing my family of the history of the swastika and asking them to not be offended if they come across one. That anyone using swastic imagery is doing so out of love and is wishing peace upon us.
I realized this was a potential problem at an engagement party we’d had during Ganesh Chaturthi when the pundit drew swastikas on the Ganesha murti during their pooja. The only thing more shocking for me than seeing a house with 30+ people embrace a swastika was seeing a house with 30+ people casually embrace a swastika. (As pointed out, swastic symbols, since the direction and angle was different)
The Swasitka shows up in a lot of places throughout history. Not just Asia.
There’s a historical place near my house (Southern California) that was built in 1903 and has a bunch of bas-relief swastikas in the decorations. They have little signs up explaining that the building predates adoption of the symbol by Nazis, but it’s really strange to walk around and see them.
No, but of the left and right-facing, these are the most known. Especially with that specific simplicity.
Buddhists don’t also wear tottenkopf (death’s head) on their shirts. These are Nazis. If their flag is misprinted then they are stupid Nazis
the boat has to have a registration usually, why not use that?
Props to the guy that soaked them. Even fascists have some standards.
Not because they disagree with them, but because they accused them of being Antifa plants to make them look bad.
At least they agree that swastikas make them look bad. Baby steps.
Tbf, I’m getting Poe’s Law vibes from it myself.
Someone I know who isn’t me wants to know how illegal it is to go and spray paint a swastika on Trump signs or the houses/driveways with a Trump sign.
He says it would be a good idea to remind everyone of who these people are and it would be visible for a bit longer.
IANAL but I looked into it -
In the US, political signs are considered private property so you could get arrested and charged with vandalism (if you get caught).
It’s unlikely you would be charged with trespassing (since that usually requires multiple repeat offenses on the same property).
It’s probably something you could beat in court as long as you don’t talk to the cops during your arrest and pay good lawyers.
Not legal at all, but legal and moral aren’t always the same. You just have to choose to accept the consequences.
