The NATO Parliamentary Assembly has passed a resolution declaring Russia to be a “terrorist state” and calling for the creation of a Special International Tribunal to investigate its crimes, a Ukrainian MP reported on Facebook on Nov. 21.

    While I don’t disagree, all states pretty much engage in terror.

      Maybe after the current crisis the tribunal could investigate and monitor the terror of other nations as well. Although, not without some push from electorate

        Yeah I definitely get that. What I wanted to say was just something along the lines of, “statehood equals terror”, so by all means…
