The
NATO Parliamentary Assembly has passed a resolution declaring Russia
to be a “terrorist state” and calling for the creation of a
Special International Tribunal to investigate its crimes, a Ukrainian
MP reported on Facebook on Nov. 21.
Maybe after the current crisis the tribunal could investigate and monitor the terror of other nations as well. Although, not without some push from electorate
Russia is a terrorist state, one with very primitive means of action. But the same can be told about all the world superpowers. You don’t get to be a superpower in this crazy world unless you have a little bit of blood on your hands. Sometimes the blood is fresh, in other cases, it’s crustier.
While I don’t disagree, all states pretty much engage in terror.
