Trump sported neither gloves not a hair net as he worked at a branch of the fast food chain in Pennsylvania

Earlier this year, this location didn’t meet the compliance requirements of the Bucks County Health Department. A health inspection in March at the Feasterville-Trevose location resulted in four violations, including citing employees not having their “hands clean & properly washed.”

“Food employees are not washing their hands as required before putting on gloves, after handling soiled tableware, after handling raw meat, before handling clean tableware, equipment, utensils. CFSM must review hand washing requirements with staff. Observed employees handling raw beef with gloves and then switching gloves without hand washing step in-between,” the health inspector wrote.

The report also noted a lack of hairnets: “Food workers are not wearing hair restraints as required, which includes management that assists in packaging and preparing food. Employees shall wear hair restraints such as hats, hair coverings or nets, that are effectively designed and worn to keep their hair from contacting exposed food; clean equipment, utensils and linens; and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.”

The restaurant closed down for 30 minutes while Trump played dress up. It’s unclear if the branch’s workers were paid during that interim.

Is it unclear though? I think we all know the answer to that.

Honest question - how are they able to use McDonald’s M as well as the slogan? Couldn’t the burger company sue? (I know it’s Trompie, and he won’t pay up or care if sued, but still.)

The MAGoos were trying to manufacture a scandal; they found one of Harris’s old resumes and tried to imply that she was ashamed of her roots. Supposedly, she should have put in her time at McDonalds on a professional resume. If that sounds like a weird overreach, it’s because it is a weird overreach

Thing is they have to reach. Because they don’t have any real arguments. The whole thing is a grift, so they just say whatever stupid shit they think might resonate with people they have no respect for.

Don Jr really can’t stop saying the dumbest things and making himself or whoever he’s talking about look worse in the process. I’d say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, but I honestly think he’s actually even less aware than his dad.

He also knows way more about cheating on wives, wanting to fuck his daughter, getting millions of people killed, bankrupting a casino, being impeached, losing the popular vote twice in a row, and being convicted of felonies than Kamala or even most Americans. Y’all should brag about that, too.

I think we should just forget talking about Turnip and just talk about Kamala Harris instead.

Did you know her mother, Shyamala Gopalan, was a biologist who arrived in the United States from India in 1958.

Not just any economist, one very highly regarded in his field. He’s also made no secret of his being a Marxist and I’m amazed they haven’t been making more hay out of that.

On the other hand, Jamaica has been getting better and better economically because of his ideas, so maybe they shouldn’t.

It doesn’t matter, they’re voting for him anyway. The idea is to boost Kamala enough that planned nonvoters, vote.

That’s all. That’s the point of the campaigning. One more shitty Trump thing on the shitpile of shitty things that have accumulated in 8yrs won’t change anything.

What changes is convincing non voters to vote Kamala. And that happens by talking about Kamala, not Trump.

When I worked at McDonald’s pretty much everyone wore hats but I will admit I didn’t always wash hands in between gloves with how dry it often made them. I will say that from the article that hat the guy is wearing is a genuine joke and he definitely should be covering that inch long beard

Thing is, wearing gloves in the first place is part of the issue, it gives a false sense of cleanliness and makes people not wash their hands as often as they should.

Edit: Downvote all you want, I’ve got my training in hygiene and sanitary practices in a kitchen environment, you wear gloves, you don’t feel that your hands are dirty, you don’t clean them as often. Gloves should be worn when you hurt your hands, that’s it.

Used to work in fast food.

What you’re supposed to do is wash hands, new gloves, and when you need to change your gloves again (they even have a handy little poster that reminds you when!), you wash hands, put new gloves on.

      It’s… really not that hard?

Posters are pretty much useless if you don’t feel that your hands are dirty

My training is the one you get to work in a kitchen environment like a hospital.

I don’t understand this obsession with gloves. When I worked at McDonald’s, we didn’t wear gloves. Do you wear gloves when you cook at home? Of course not. Just wash your hands.

I uhh… I do sometimes wear gloves when cooking at home. Mainly for handling raw meat (especially mixing ground beef and such; helps keep it from getting underneath my nails). I’m still washing my hands after taking the gloves off, but they’re much easier to wash when they’re not coated in fat and raw meat juices
