Myanmar's deposed former leader Aung San Suu Kyi was found guilty of electoral fraud on Friday and sentenced to three years in jail with hard labour, according to a source familiar with the proceedings.

      given that the fraud accusations are literally made up and the current junta doesn’t exactly care for law, i’m surprised it’s not a life sentence, but i think she’s already been sentenced on like 6 other crimes she supposedly committed
