Ukraine wants to accede to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization soon after securing a military victory over Russia, and hopes to receive guarantees that this will happen during the NATO summit in Vilnius this July.
Even Finland couldn’t get guarantees and we’re talking about a country as NATO compatible and ready as it gets. That said I would expect no one in the alliance could deny a quick accession. They’ve fought bloody battles to escape Kremlin’s sphere for a decade now and I’m sure NATO accession is one of the main prospects of winning this war which would guarantee the safety of future generations, as it has done for the Baltic states.
