Yeah, that alleviates some of those problems, but for my personal situation it would still be worse than my own house: can’t blast music while WFH can’t have my dog because of barking massively reduced area for photovoltaics because of safety distances on the roof due to fire code no sitting outside together late, unless the gardens in the read stretch out far enough from the houses
