Exactly as I expected. I said earlier that he’s pretty much a windbag and never follows through, and that’s how it ended up

Aged like milk, faster than milk ages in the noon sun, when it is unpasteurized and has some defrosted, deshelled shrimp swimming in it.

Not necessarily. It still made him look very weak, making concessions instead of crushing Prigozhin as threatened.

I think you didn’t read the last news, it’s over because Wagner is going back.

And Putin still lost. He’s been shown to be weak. He compromised.

Now the other sharks that Putin surrounded himself with will smell that weakness.

Autocrats must project that Strongman image, especially when it’s a lie. Dictators who show weakness like this rarely die peacefully.

Russians have a true sense of patriotism and love for their people, not like you in the West that send their brothers to die and enslave their own people. This has just made Putin stronger, all of the military supported him and proved his men are loyal. Prigozhin got ousted and Wagner is going to be nationalized, Ukraine didn’t even win any territory in the front lines during all of this because their offensive didn’t even start. If you consider this a lost you are delirious and refuse to analyse reality.

Over-ish. Wagner just showed Putin that he doesn’t have total control. I doubt the power dynamic will remain the same after this.

This is far from “over.” If Wagner’s going back because Putin caved on their terms Putin’s left looking tremendously weak.

I’ve been following the live thread on Reddit. Prigozhin was demanding the removal of Shoigu.

It’s sounding like he may or may not have got that, but that he and his men are getting amnesty at the very least. Which given that he literally invaded Russia and shot down Russian aircraft on the way to Moscow is still an amazingly weak showing for Putin.

On my opinion it’s too early to say whether this is over for him or not.
