Upgrade to 0.18 will happen once it’s officially released.
0.18 isn’t officially released yet. Most servers aren’t running it yet, lemmy.ml is one of the only big ones to be running 0.18 RC6
And it seems to be causing issues.
I can’t find any community that is on lemmy.ml through search right now. I either have to use the url if my instance has it federated, and if it doesn’t… It just doesn’t work.
it seems like 0.18 introduced some incompatibilies
