There’s plenty of BLM adjacent to the park target shooters can go to. Not everyone picks up spent casings or target debris which can be anything from old electronics to paint cans, so what exactly is the argument against this?

First they make an anti-littering law like this. Then they deny your application for a Tomohawk cruise missile. Wake up sheeple

Maybe not a Tomahawk, but look at the existence of the Cybertruck and tell me I don’t need a personal Javelin

Why? A cyber truck will go away if you just spritz it with vinegar.

(It doesn’t have a clear coat.)

The second amendment says that the military shouldn’t be allowed to restrict weapon sales to private civillians. If you can purchase a surface to air missile, you should be able to!

Sure, but there’s basically no tactical value for a surface-to-air weapon compared to the expense both of the platform and of safe storage expenses. The only practical application a typical homeowner would have is interdicting invasive drones, in which case you’re better off with good old fashioned birdshot. The upside of a man-portable surface-to-surface platform like the Javelin is that it allows a gunner stationed in the bed of your pickup to selectively target and eliminate people who can’t merge without even slowing down.
