With April in full swing, it’s time to preview the upcoming version of Pop!_OS! New features are lined up for the release like kids at a candy store. Among them is the tale...the legend...the ultimate...
Personally, I have mixed feelings. I often appreciated how Pop!_OS stayed close to stock GNOME, and I would have loved to see them backport GNOME 40 or something like that.
As much as I love Gnome and appreciate the minimalistic interface it offers, hiding the dash behind a click has always seemed like a bad idea to me. I use a desktop with a traditional mouse so maybe I am not the target audience.
Foe me it works great, however, I fully agree and in my opinion the dash should have configuration options for when it is visible and where it is placed.
