Ціна просування для росіян постійно зростає. Якщо в жовтні ворог втрачав 67 військових на 1 км² просування, то у квітні — уже 179. росія несе рекордні втрати: понад 35 тисяч убитих або важко поранених військових щомісяця — і ми продовжуємо нарощувати темп. За останні місяці ми вчетверо збільшили знищення ворожої логістики, складів, техніки, командних пунктів та маршрутів постачання на оперативній глибині. Уже помітна закономірність у дашбордах: що більше знищується логістики росіян — то менше штурмових дій відбувається на ЛБЗ. Одним із ключових факторів цієї зміни стали стратегічні рішення щодо масштабування middle strike-спроможностей. Після вимкнення Starlink для росіян це стало ще одним фактором технологічної переваги України на полі бою. Тому наше завдання зараз — за завданням Президента максимально масштабувати middle strike та в координації з військовими створити для ворога повний логістичний локдаун. У межах першого етапу програми Міністерство оборони разом з Генеральним штабом виділило додаткові 5 млрд грн безпосередньо для військових на закупівлю сучасних засобів middle strike. Кошти отримають найефективніші бригади та підрозділи за системою єБали — команди, які спеціалізуються на знищенні ворога на оперативній глибині та демонструють найкращі результати саме в цьому напрямі. Перші підрозділи вже отримали кошти, і прямі закупівлі вже почалися. Паралельно в межах другого етапу програми централізовано запускаємо тендери на закупівлю великої партії засобів middle strike. Відкриті конкурси — це не лише швидкість та масштабування виробництва. Це також конкуренція між виробниками, мінімізація корупційних ризиків, прозорість й ефективне використання державних коштів. Уже влітку результати централізованих закупівель middle strike стануть відчутними на фронті. Ворог навіть на великій відстані від лінії бойових дій більше не почуватиметься в безпеці.

We are launching a separate program called “Logistical Lockdown” to scale up middle strike and systematically destroy Russian capabilities at the operational depth. Our task is to further increase the pressure on the Russians in their rear and deprive them of the ability to conduct active assault operations.
In recent times, Ukraine has gradually taken the initiative on the frontline. The cost of advancing for the Russians is constantly increasing. If in October, the enemy lost 67 soldiers per 1 km² of advance, in April it was already 179. Russia is suffering record losses: more than 35,000 killed or seriously wounded soldiers per month - and we continue to increase the pace.
Over the past few months, we have quadrupled the destruction of the enemy’s logistics, warehouses, equipment, command posts, and supply routes at the operational depth. A clear pattern is already visible in the dashboards: the more the Russians’ logistics are destroyed, the less assault operations occur on the LBZ.
One of the key factors of this change has been strategic decisions to scale up middle strike capabilities. After the disconnection of Starlink for the Russians, this has become another factor of Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield.
Therefore, our task now is, in accordance with the President’s order, to maximally scale up middle strike and, in coordination with the military, create a complete logistical lockdown for the enemy.
As part of the first stage of the program, the Ministry of Defense, together with the General Staff, has allocated an additional 5 billion UAH directly to the military for the purchase of modern means of middle strike.
The funds will be received by the most effective brigades and units according to the eBalance system - teams that specialize in destroying the enemy at the operational depth and demonstrate the best results in this direction. The first units have already received the funds, and direct purchases have already begun.
In parallel, as part of the second stage of the program, we are centrally launching tenders for the purchase of a large batch of means of middle strike. Open competitions are not just about speed and scaling up production. They are also about competition among manufacturers, minimizing corruption risks, transparency, and efficient use of state funds.
Already in the summer, the results of centralized purchases of middle strike will be noticeable on the frontline. The enemy, even at a great distance from the line of combat operations, will no longer feel safe.
