Russia's Federal Security Service (FSS) has said magnetic mines "made in a NATO country" were found on a ship that arrived in Russia after stopping at a port in Belgium.

Oh jeez how did that happen? I was looking for those mines after they disappeared, wait russia, YOU STOLE THEM DIDN’T YOU. That is unacceptable behavior!
