This is an open invite to @pimento64@sopuli.xyz to have a discussion about why he hates me so much that he admits that he created an account just to mock me.

It concerns this post: https://sopuli.xyz/comment/22177256 in which he said, “A while back I made a spoof account called Universal Crunk. It used his same avatar but photoshopped to be flashing cash in front of the Raytheon HQ, wearing Ray-Bans and a Yankees hat, and smoking crack; the profile bio was the standard one he uses but his the language was changed to be praise of crypto, defense contractors, and hedge funds. I made one comment and within about 2 minutes it was nuked.”

I responded to him about that, and his reply was: “Making fun of you to your face by mocking you isn’t trolling, it’s more of an uncivil direct insult. Also, reported for ban evasion.”

I promise to keep the convo respectful and I won’t remove any comments. I am really interested in why you think that was ok, and why you are so intent on thinking it was ok to do.

I understand you are angry, and I would love to know what I said or posted to make you that angry. This is a repost, because my computer conked out when I sent it under my dbz0 username, so I am posting this one just in case.

          And I spoke to your admins about it. You didn’t call it Universal Crunk. You called it Universal Monk. I found the profile. You even went so far as to falsely claim it was the Real Universal Monk. There is no profile for anything/anyone called Universal Crunk. You straight up used my username to troll the fediverse.

          My question is, why? Why did you feel the need to create that account? Creating mock accounts to impersonate people on the fediverse is bad faith. And a lot of people did that to me, which created a false narrative. You were part of that false narrative.

          Many of the things they say I did, were actually done by false accounts like yours.

          So I’d like to know why you made a troll account about me? Why were you so pissed that I voted third party in the election, that you created a fake account to troll me?

              So you don’t think it’s a big deal that you created a fake account, using my username, which resulted in created a false narrative of what I post and believe?

              You helped give the false impression that I’m a republican capitalist. (I’m actually a socialist.)

              And again, I’m more interested in WHY you did it. What were you thinking? Were you hoping I would get banned? Were you hoping I would leave Lemmy? And why were you so mad at me in the first place that you would do that? I never had any negative interactions with you before this.
