    We shouldn’t be asking people to post less, in order to increase diversity. Diversity comes from others posting more.

      I disagree. Having one person posting a ton of low quality monolithic content is not great for content in general. Its better to have a ton of random people post content. The creation creative and diverse content is obstructed when the entire sub is mostly from on user.

      Honestly what we need are theme days

        Exactly, a ton of people posting is what’s good. The problem we have is that we have a lot more lurkers then posters here on Lemmy. PugJesus is one of the few consistently posting to the community. Instead of discouraging PugJesus from posting, we should encourage others that want to see more diverse content, to post more diverse content.

          Pugjesus is posting for the sake of posting. If there is less activity people will be more willing to engage
