I don’t know if it is better than when notch was in charge, but certainly they have updated it more frequently and have taken good care of it, true.

Even though gas giants aren’t exactly “gas” the point stands, but that shit about “being choosy with science fiction”, the “this is fiction and you’re arguing about fictional things being in a fictional work” argument has always been stupid as shit. Even though it is fiction, it has to have consistency with some rules of the genre, but more with the rules the videogame in itself creates for its universe. You wouldn’t have things that defy the logic of the genre or the fictional universe because that would be dumb and most of all inconsistent, like finding superheroes or some shit like that.
