no offense, but what is the point of pre-purchasing Phantom Liberty after CDPR’s track record w/ the base game release?

I’ve only seen it used in response to IRS notices specifying an adjustment or unexpected penalty in the corporate world. For most things they’ll send a notice about it works out for a decent reduction of penalty but you still have to pay the underlying difference.

For personal use it seems pretty straight forward as long as your history is clear for however many years they care about.
