None of what I’m saying disputes that. I hope Israel will be held accountable for all the crimes they’ve commited. I don’t agree with how, but I agree with why they’re doing it. What do you imagine they’re even supposed to do? On top of the IDF’s disregard, they’re commonly used as human shields aswell.
I was replying to Count042@lemmy.ml
The murder of civilians by intentionally withholding food and water, and blockading all entrances to the area is explicitly a war crime.
I’m not disputing what they’re saying. I just get the feeling, that people tend to be quite one-sided when it comes to this issue. I’m not actually even quite sure why I replied to this user in particular, as the message itself I mostly agree with.
Sure people can criticize Hamas, but they’ve done considerably less damage in this conflict.
But is that because they’re being much more considerate and careful around civilians than the IDF or is it simply just lack of resources? Imagine if the roles were reversed.

I won’t argue with you, in the same way that I won’t engage in an argument about racism with a piece of shit that uses the N-word, you child-murder justifying fuck.
Yet here you are still arguing.

Made in Gaza: Hamas Rockets the Product of Foreign Aid and Smuggled Material
UN gives them fertilizer to grow food and feed the people. Hamas uses it to make rocket fuel.

Even as a floating platform without engine or solar panels it would still be safer than most other places.
I don’t think my adblocker cares what kind of ads they’re trying to show me. If anything their algorithms will just get confused for why this guy who used to be here hours every day now only comes to watch war videos once a day but no longer comments or upvotes anything.

That’s more like a crossover thought. Not really an SUV.
Outside the U.S. borders, probably.
It’s not that there’s no political divide in other countries too, but the U.S. takes it to a whole new level, and in that sense, it’s a uniquely American problem. The stuff I read people saying about the opposing party seems absolutely insane to me as an outside observer. People basically seem to think the other side is wrong about everything, and their side is correct about everything. What are the odds of things actually being that way?
Exactly. I don’t even feel like “the right” is somehow especially opposed to renewables. It’s a straw man. Just because someone works at a coal mine and doesn’t want to lose their job or drives a big truck, it still doesn’t mean they dont want clean energy or clean air to breathe. Perhaps they just don’t want to be accociated with the kind of people build their entire idenity around it.
I’m not sure if there’s much to talk about, but I like combining my mountain biking hobby with my interest in military larping and camouflage. My bike has a camo paintjob and I only wear earth tones myself, and probably would wear camo too, if I wasn’t so self-conscious about it.
I just generally try to avoid people in the nature so if possible I prefer to not be seen, but I guess it also has some voyeuristic (non-sexual obviously) charasteristics aswell since I like watching people when they don’t know I’m doing so.
I’m not sneaking in the bushes or anything however. Usually it’s just that I see/hear people approaching and I just move elsewhere or pull aside and let them pass. If I’m off the trail exploring some place and people walk past then I might crouch behind some brush. I’ve had people walk past 10 meters from me and not see me despite there being nothing in the way. I find it amazing how much of a difference it makes when you’re wearing earth tones. I’ve almost had people walk into me on the trails because they weren’t paying attention.
I have no idea what you’re on about or how this reply in any way relates to what I said.
