Depends how that big cup is made. If it’s one of those American diner filters with 2-3 scoops of coffee/l of water, yeah. If it’s a coffee from a cafe or home made where you put 10-20g of coffee/cup, then that coffee will have more caffeine than most espressos.
If you’re Italian or want to cosplay as one, add a small pastry that was made with an entire bag of sugar.
You also have to make the coffee cup like 10 times smaller
