It wasn’t that he was the only submission for a single category, it’s that he submitted a high school-level art project and the other entrant was a fifth grader and enough people didn’t vote for none of the above.
The bigger news is “None of These Candidates” beat Williamson.

He ran essentially unopposed. This is as much of an accomplishment as changing the color scheme on air force one.
I can now project that Biden wins all the Super Tuesday states too. I’m much better at vote projection than NBC News.

So who exactly might come out of second place and snatch it from him while they count?
Because if there “projecting” him to win that must mean it’s likely but not a sure thing.It means that they were certain at the time of reporting that he was going to win, but it would be patently false to say he has won, since it hadn’t been officially tallied/officially declared.
I project the sun will still be shining tomorrow. But let’s see how it actually turns out.
