I do wonder where the blame lies for the team performance. Was it Steiner holding them back, was it Gene not investing the way Steiner thought he should, was it both?
Other things I’ve read were basically that exact argument, Gene said they should be doing better with what they have, Guenther said they’ve been doing better than the investments and choices from above allow
Will this change lead to different strategies that allow them to score more points? Or will the shoestring budget they seem to run the team on keep holding them back?
I know that Steiner is a beloved meme, but I figure this may be the right move. They really struggled last year so something needs to change.
