We’re in the solar system, so just look around.
They say it’s hard to visualize the distances, but just look up in the sky. You can see most of the planets and how tiny they look because they are so far away. Jupiter, despite being massive enough to cause the solar system’s centre of gravity to be outside of the Sun, is just a tiny spec that looks like a bright star.
If humans had started walking to Jupiter the moment we came into existence, we still wouldn’t be there. Because you can’t walk to other planets, you need a rocket or spacecraft of some sort.
I watched this show so much as a kid that I remember what this picture sounds like lol
It sounds like this
God this show was so good
The Spider-Man animated series from the same time is another one of my favorites!
Oh yeah! Plus Batman of course. A lot of the 90s cartoons rocked and hold up well today.
Same with me! I am even excited about the renewal with the voice actors coming back. Woot!
My father explains me each Saturday our nine planets
Somewhere Pluto is happy
The thing is that eight doesn’t start with “n”
We showed this show to my daughter and she kept calling Beast “The Chief Blue Meanie.” I was highly offended.
But he’s so nice! Clearly she needs to keep watching.
Maybe she’s just up on the comics?
They turned Beast into a bad guy?!
Well let’s just say he went full on “ends justify the means” experimenting Beast and thinks it’s for the best of mutant kind even if the rest of the X-Men/mutants/Krakoa doesn’t agree.
That sounds absolutely nothing like the character I was reading when I kept up with the books in the 90s. Beast was often the moral center of the X-Men.
I know! I stopped reading in the 90s too, around AoA. I got back in when Hickman started his run.
I think sometime around maybe early to mid 2000’s Beast started showing signs of it. There was a thing with Dark Beast from AoA too, but I’m not 100% on the details.
I would have been too impressed at the reference to be offended.
She’s loved Yellow Submarine since she was very small, so that part was not a surprise.
Ah, then I would have been too proud to be offended!
