You can totally use emojis as passwords. You can probably even make this a policy at your company.

Those two have burned me. Had my work laptop pw using them, was all well and good until the external keyboard broke and I was left trying to figure out how to enter characters not on my keyboard, without being able to alt-numberpad the code for it.
