Speaking to a union crowd in Philadelphia on Labor Day, President Joe Biden made comparisons between his office and that of former President Trump without actually speaking his name.

On the subject of labor, progress and the verifiable proof that steps have been made in that direction, Biden took a look back at Trump while he was in office saying, "The great real estate builder, the last guy, he didn’t build a damn thing. Under my predecessor, infrastructure week became a punch line."

Regarding the work done under his own watch, he said, “Bidenomics is a blue collar blueprint for America . . . My plan for the country is to make the economy work for people like you, because when it works for people like you, it works for everybody.”

    He’s not wrong.

    Trumps wall? Falling over.

That air conditioner plant in Indiana?

    https://www.indystar.com/story/news/politics/2020/10/30/trump-campaigned-saving-jobs-carrier-what-its-like-there-now/6010437002/

"Today (2020), about 800 workers whose jobs Carrier had planned to send to Mexico remain at the plant, but they are now required to work eight- to 10-hour shifts, seven days a week. Many haven’t had a single day off in more than a month.

The relentless production schedule has left them vulnerable to the coronavirus, according to half a dozen current and former Carrier employees who spoke with IndyStar. Multiple employees have tested positive for the virus and workers say two or three have died."

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrier_Air_Conditioner_move_to_Mexico

"After the deal was struck, Carrier kept approximately 800 jobs in Indiana that were originally planned to go to Mexico, but eliminated over 1,300 jobs in Indiana: 632 at the Indianapolis plant, and 738 from another plant in Indiana.[41] In addition, Carrier eliminated 1,300 jobs outside Indiana as part of company-wide cost-cutting measures.[42]

During 2020, at least 17 Indiana-based companies moved some jobs from Indiana to Mexico, including Black & Decker and Johnson Controls. The total number of jobs moved in 2020 exceeds the number of jobs that were retained in the USA under the Carrier deal.[43]"

Wait, what about that Foxconn deal in Wisconsin? Abandoned:

Under my predecessor, infrastructure week became a punch line.

It still is. Every time Trump says he’s going to make an announcement, I ask if it’s about infrastructure week.

Sleepy Joe? More like “Waking Nightmare” for the GOP. It’s time to switch to blue if you planned on voting red.

By now anyone that still believe Trump is the right candidate for them is simply unreasonable. I’m not even American and I see him as a danger to the world even.

There is no need to scream or use big words, accusations or simply assuming your idea is better than others’ to get your point across.

The “right candidate” is simply whoever has a valid chance at winning while being of whichever party you find to suck less. As it stands, that seems to be trump for those who don’t want to vote blue. Far from the best choice, but nobody even remotely close to the playing field is. It’s better to have a shit candidate that can win than a great one that’s just going to hand the election to someone even less preferable, regardless of what side you support
