I am not letting myself get excited for another BF game until I see trusted reviews saying this feels like 2,3 or 4.
It looks like it might be heading the right direction but I got so fucking bamboozled with 2042 that I will never trust them again. I mean I should have known better before then but I was a hopeless dreamer and wanted bad company 2 back.
No shame in it, it seemed impossible for them to fuck it up as spectacularly as they did.
If they botch this game I fear battlefield might truly be dead and gone. That will be a sad day if it happens.

Huge fucking maps with lots of vehicles to get around it and so many people. Absolute, constant mayhem! One dude taking off in a bomber and the rest of the squad riding on top of the wings back in 1942… Flying a helo over the jungles of Vietnam dodging rockets while my mate was gunning anything in sight in the back and fixing our flying piece of junk in between fights… That one time I was driving an artillery tank and an enemy was driving away with the flag in a jeep. No way to catch up, but I managed to barrage his ass to oblivion from across the map… Bad Company 2 was the last time I played. Before they got acquired by EA. Fuck EA.
