Mr. Trump is ordering the director of national intelligence and attorney general — neither official has been confirmed yet — to spend the next 15 days coming up with a plan to release the JFK files.

Mr. Trump’s order also will declassify more records on the 1968 assassinations of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and former senator and attorney general Robert F. Kennedy. The DNI and attorney general will have 45 days to come up with plans to release the RFK and MLK files.

Nothing new will come of the JFK files but there might be a surprise or two in the MLK ones. I don’t necessarily think it would be something as crazy as the CIA being responsible for the assassination, but it wouldn’t surprise me if for instance they knew about it before hand and just didn’t do anything to stop it.

The CIA was actively planning an assassination. But while they were fighting through the red tape, an outsider stole the plan right out from under them and took all of the credit.

This isn’t a news story until they actually get released, and then only if there’s something interesting inside.

I actually got a section of a copy released early! I hope I don’t get in trouble for posting it here:
