We can expect these people to carry out violent assaults now, with the understanding that their violence is tolerated by the fucking president of the country. This is going to get horrific.

Earlier I made the prediction that Mr. Trump wouldn’t pardon anyone from J6, as they had outran their usefulness to him.

    Well, sadly, I stand corrected.

Your logic isn’t wrong. It’s just that the truth is they are useful to him. Not only because they’ve already shown they will break the law for him, but also because it’s a signal to everyone else who follows him that they can break the law

You can’t buy loyalty like getting someone out of federal prison loyalty. They were running through walls for him before for free. He’s going to start his own little redneck SS.

Justice doesn’t exist in the US anymore.

The entire system has failed and is ready to be devoured by the wolves. Treason has no consequences.

It’s likely not quite the case that treason has no consequences now.

Actual treason, no matter how egregious, has and will have no consequences if it benefits Trump.

But at the same time, it’s pretty much certain that the definition of “treason” is going to just be shifted a bit so that it only applies to opposition to Trump, but will include everything all the way down to just saying mean things about him. And that will very definitely have consequences, and quite often fatal ones.

Didn’t some of those people beat & kill police officers ?

    https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/capitol-riot-deaths/

On Jan. 8, 2021, the Associated Press confirmed a fifth death: that of Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick, who died “from injuries suffered during the riot,” AP reported. However, a medical examiner’s report released in April 2021 said Sicknick suffered strokes and died of natural causes.

Depends on how one reads that. I’m pretty sure had any other cop died in the line of duty after being beaten up would have been called a homicide.

Nazi cowards will protect their own, provided it doesn’t cost any effort. This will only embolden them.
