The target was allegedly the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky. Eyewitnesses in one of the videos online suggest that the attack was on the Taganrog Metallurgical Plant. Smoke is visible in the footage.
Acting Governor Yuriy Slyusar has already reported that “air defense forces successfully repelled an attack by 10 Ukrainian missiles.”

The plant produces rocket fuel and was switched to 12-hour work shifts back in 2020.
