Filibuster is getting gutted, it only needs simple majority to remove. Also, the VP as President of the Senate can just ignore the parliamentarian, so they wont even need a vote to abolish the filibuster.

Democrats play by the rules, republicans don’t. They don’t need to remove filibuster. Senate rules are enforced by the senate parliamentarian, whom the VP as President of the Senate can overrule.
