Since the shocking revelation about the US Government’s UFO research programme in 2017, the topic of extraterrestrial visitors has gradually shifted from conspiracy theories to mainstream discussion.
In recent times, military experts have sworn before the US Congress that the Pentagon ran a “multi-decade” programme which collected and attempted to reverse-engineer crashed alien crafts.
However, the official government “disclosure” of contact with aliens, whether through interstellar craft landings or the recently reported “non-human technological signature” allegedly detected by an Australian radio telescope, seems as distant as ever.
Nick Pope, who was once in charge of analysing UFO reports for the Ministry of Defence, shared his unsettling theory about why that might be with Simon Holland in a leaked email…
The idea that we are not Gods chosen species is going to be brain breaking for millions of people.
Nah they’ll make up some other hand wavy bullshit to explain it

What a horrible website
I disabled some ad Blocker and cookie stuff extension to even be able to “read” the article, and then the site is filled with ads and videos, which seem not related to the topic. What is it with “news” websites trying to push some video shit on me and even more so, with completely unrelated stuff
But on topic: that would be a really fun change of course in our strange timeline :-D
the topic of extraterrestrial visitors has gradually shifted from conspiracy theories to mainstream discussion.
Wow, hell of a claim. And far from an accurate one.
Absolutely no evidence exists to indicate any event is actually visitors from another planet. That is very much still considered to be nothing but science fiction. The idea that any non earth intelligence is doing it now is definitely not a mainstream one.
That unidentified things have been seen. Yep, that is certainly an open debate. Where in the past, many would not discuss it openly. And what are they, is most defiantly mainstream discussion. Rather the buried by governments as in the past.
Also, the fact that it is very likely humanity/earth is not unique in the universe is very much an accepted but not yet proven idea within science.
But the possibility of those other as yet unknown civilisation visiting earth is still not only unproven. But considered by most to be improbable to impossible due to the distance and speed of light limitations. With the improbable being nothing more than interesting maths ideas. With no evidence of possibility in real life.
