What is happening here? Is this bots talking to bots in the comments? What is this art? I’m so confused.

I’m pretty sure it’s a reference to the Tesla “robot” showed off at an event that turned out to just be a guy in a suit on top of the other things already mentioned by others.

This is a webcomic / art relating to the FOSS world. OP is the artist and has tons of fucking amazing surreal comics like this. They all take place in a dystopian cyber world where corporate technology oppresses the free tech users

The commenters probably aren’t bots, just tech nerds schizo posting

Okay yea I’ve seen some pretty decent stuff being posted here but never have any context lol

I could see schizo posting rather than bots.

Sniper thought it shot a robot because of the outfit. It wasn’t a robot that got shot.

“AI Wars” is likely in reference to big tech companies in real life fighting each other for dominance over the generative AI space. Meta’s AI vs Google’s Gemini vs OpenAI’s ChatGPT etc …

To me this comic reads as if a personified company AI was actually at war and killing enemy AIs. Except the AI that got shot was secretly a human in disguise
