I’ve noticed that only a few of the games I play have toxic people in them. Mostly I hear nothing from the other team; though, maybe they were muted automatically as I simply report any instance of negativity from anyone.
No, but they can send text chats which I haven’t found a way to turn of unless I mute everyone. This means I sometimes report more than two people when the game ends for jackassery. ;-;

Don’t think you can voice chat with the other team.
I’ve unfortunately run into a couple complete jackasses. Usually they make an ass of themselves and the whole lobby ends up mildly amused.
The crap they spout is still offensive as hell.
