That’s what I’m doing. I never posted anything on Reddit. But I decided to actively start posting over here to try to help the communities/magazines grow. So I’ll post anything I see that’s interesting to me, and in a bunch of different magazines. I’ve had to make a concentrated effort to drop my lurker tendencies.
Yeah I truly want to void Reddit completely but when I see the active user count here as sub 200 and then 32k on Reddit it’s tough to let go.
Maybe I’ll start helping to increase the activity here. I love Lemmy/kbin but I just can’t let go yet!
Keep in mind that number only shows users that are from your instance.
Oh cool, I didn’t know that. My instance isn’t huge, so no wonder the users seemed small
