The US birthrate has been dropping for decades and the current rate is not enough to replace the country’s population. We need immigrants.

We need to stop pushing antinatalist ideas on people. One of the biggest ones is the lie that our civilization is ending due to climate change.

We have to many people in this country. We need to limit the number of people entering. We already have a housing shortage.

Look at how they’re defining vacant. They are considering vacation homes vacant. That isn’t a vacant home. I have three houses that I live in. None of them are vacant.

So you have people living in them when you are not?

Normally. Even if I’m not there. They’re only empty for a few weeks at a time. I travel for work between three different cities. My family lives in one and I travel to other two. So none are truly vacant.

As usual, the government distorting information so people don’t understand what’s going on.

I wouldn’t call vacation homes vacant. They are not in areas where most people can live. That’s why they are vacation homes. Another issue is many vacant homes are in poor shape. They are not “surplus” homes.
