A Tennessee law firm paid people with disabilities $200 to visit targeted businesses, then sent demand letters threatening to sue if the property owner.
There was a couple in NY targeting LGS over accessibility of their websites. It caused a number of the shops to close rather than trying to fight the case. I shut down my shop’s e-commerce site.
