More than 50 thousand residents of annexed Crimea were left without electricity due to the accident

After an accident at a high-voltage substation, 360 substations in Kerch and nearby villages were de-energized, leaving more than 53 thousand people without electricity, the Crimean Ministry of Energy reported.

As local channels write, the fires started almost simultaneously in the area of the 450th block, Mount Mithridat, as well as the villages of Osoviny and Bondarenkovo. After this there was an electrical accident. According to the pro-Kremlin Mash, one of the possible causes of the fires is sabotage.
