Again? LoL… DoD accounting errors probably pay for all the shady stuff normally. No need for special black projects and stuff, just move the accounting errors into a slush fund and after a decade laugh at how puny the Norwegian sovereign wealth fund is.

It’s not like we don’t have the money to help the unhoused. What we’re missing is the legislation. With SCOTUS stripping the few remaining rights from them, the only way we’ll see change is with a strong Democratic majority in Congress.
Tell it to the Republican Party, who continue to block every relief program, even the idea of free school lunches.
We could cover that instead of continually sending weapons to Israel. There money for both.
