North Korea floats more rubbish-filled balloons to South Korea

South Korea's military has warned people to avoid touching the balloons and report them to authorities.

South Korean private citizens send snack cakes, pamphlets, movies and K-Pop, North Korea’s defense ministry sends (or strongly condones sending) dookie and trash, says that their deliveries represent how hard it is for the DPRK to get rid of their trash.     I’m rather intrigued as to why SK would just let this happen. Trash today could be napalm tomorrow, or anthrax?

      Well, they are resuming the ghetto blaster than can be heard about 6 miles into the DPRK during the day, about 15 miles at night. First time in 5 years. Handsome Dan, Mr. Scream and the Morning Zoo comin atcha all day every day!!!
