There’s some speculation that this was staged, and I have to say they do look pretty similar and it’d be a classic Nazi move to pull. Edit: I’d like to emphasize that this is complete speculation, and I’m not saying this is what happened. Rags like The Sun etc. are claiming to know who did it, but as they’re generally even less trustworthy than random people on Twitter, I’ll not link them here

While they look similar I don’t think they are the same person. Her nose in particular is quite different, spacing of her eyes… I’m not convinced so far.
