Certainly is a hand-cranked chargeable black and white screened gaming machine. I think the hardware looks fantastic but I’m not sure it would ever be addeded to a want-list.
Playdate looks certainly unique and reminds me of Nintendo’s “lateral thinking with seasoned technology” philosophy. Still I don’t see it gaining wider traction.
It has the potential to be the next OUYA, but dont all the small startups.
