    Oh I’m sure this frivolous suit whose only purpose is to delay the trial further is coming from a deeply held belief.

      Don’t worry I’m sure those perjury and frivolous appeals laws that only ever seem to be applied to poors will get spun up any day now.

    I’m surprised that’s even something that can be appealed. It wasn’t a case, it was just the judge hearing arguments and making a decision.

      The judge said it could be appealed. I’m surprised the judge went this far though. It’s a lot about nothing. Seems like either the judge has it out for her, or yet another assistance to delay things.
