They could achieve peace by killing or driving away all Palestinians (or the isrealis, I guess, but that doesn’t seem realistic). Effectively every area on Earth that is currently living in peace has done this at some point in history to some part of the population.

I don’t think there are any other paths to peace in that area anymore.
