I believe the dev printed it using traditional game booklet methods, then drew notes on it and scanned it for that genuine feel.
Word of warning, unless it’s just something you just want to do, or you’re doing it for practise to uncover my of the language, DO NOT translate the entire language of the whole manial, page by page, expecting to uncover secrets.
It’s literally just a game manual, the pages with secrets are pretty obvious. Just translate what you think you want to know more about judging by the images on the pages.
Translating the whole manual cover to cover wasted a week of evenings and gained me nothing. 😂
