I’m actually really grateful for the moral support I get on site
The mechanics and electricians could all already go home, but I’m struggling with the control of the machine because of some bug
So they all stay and try to support me as best as they can
They can only do minor tasks, like getting test cartons out of the way, but just being there and like holding my hand really helps, because I’m not left alone in the clusterfuck I’m in - although it doesn’t concern them in any way
On the other hand, I’m staying and try to help with test orders or moving some test cartons, when they need to check for mechanical or electrical problems
A team is a team - she sometimes, just being there, is really worth much
