    For a grocery store? How much time do you spend shopping??

    Besides, it wouldn’t make sense at all in a public garage. Even if you were SEVERELY limited on watts you could deliver, you’re still better off delivering them at higher voltage to reduce loss.

    Come to think of it, I’ve never once seen a public level 1 charger. But I bet there are some exposed outlets you could use, if you happen to live nearby and don’t mind parking there for a day or two.

      the idea is if level 1 charging is everywhere due to being cheaper to install than level 2, or being possible to install at all where level 2 isn’t feasible, then faster charging isn’t needed nearly as often
