According to the article linked by another commenter, it literally is.

She was ticketed, but it was then dismissed in court, because she was right.

Hardly. Infanticide being illegal doesn’t compromise the body autonomy of anyone, but abortion being illegal, does.

Foetus are pretty conscious. They kick about in the womb among other things. Saw an ultrasound of an abortion and the poor thing was trying to resist ☹️

By your logic, any moving animal is conscious and aware?

Yes? Animals are conscious and aware of their surroundings

You remember being in the womb then? Or being a sperm? Those move, you know.

Bacteria move, but I don’t think you can argue they have minds capable of suffering. Your body would be doing a lot of murder every second of every day in that case. What about insects? Do you consider ants and mosquitos conscious? Should they be protected by animal rights laws?

For a lot of the duration of a pregnancy, a fetus is not composed of enough cells to be much different.

The body autonomy, let alone the health of a woman should not be compromised to “protect” a life that isn’t a life yet.

And those unborn people should be able to be killed if the mother doesn’t want them. As long as they require her body to stay alive.

As nobody should be able to force what an other person does with the things in their body.
