Bluegrass@lemmy.world•Are there any musicians in this group? what do you play?
1·3 years agoHey, keep up posting, I appreciate the content. It seems that most of the bluegrass crowd gravitate to easier stuff like Facebook.
To answer your question–I play guitar, an Eastman. I guess my favorite tunes to play are old Doc Watson rags. But nobody at my local jam plays them, so Salt Creek is always a good call. I love to rip off Dan Crary’s version when I play it.

Jerboa@lemmy.ml•Why do some of my accounts do this? No inbox, no profile option. Still says anonymous... This account I'm posting from is the only one that actually works correctly when looking at that tab.
3·3 years agoThanks for posting this. It was not intuitive to me, and it took me a minute to figure out where to log out of the app, but it worked.

There’s plenty of garbage law enforcement agencies, but in general the fbi seems to do a pretty reasonable job.

World News@beehaw.org•Economic inequality cannot be explained by individual bad choices, study finds
3·3 years agoIt’s more like we have a hundred years of studies that make this point, but it’s always good to test for different causes of inequality to inform policy better.
Just go with the wipe on poly. The other oils don’t make that huge a difference, and build slower than what I would want in a high traffic area.

Reddit Migration@kbin.social•Fidelity has cut Reddit valuation to $5.5B from $10B
1·3 years agoAmazon, Google, others went years without profits. Not that it’s a great model for anything, but it gives enough investors hope that they give value to potentially worthless things.

Agreed, but what’s worse is the two Republican house members who went on the record in the article saying that they want to see it too.
