Just spend a few minutes with your legs above your head each day, and you’ll be fine. I usually just lie on my bed with my feet up on the wall after stretching. Sometimes I also end up taking a nap, which is nice.

Find a company that’s already unionized or form a union within your current company.

I bought some pretty good reusable earplugs from Marks Work Warehouse a while ago, but it seems they don’t carry them anymore. They’re nifty little things that are all silicone with a tiny hole in the plug part that allows for sounds less than ~50dB (conversation levels).
