Lockdown was a blast! I was paid to do what I always wanted; stay home and do whatever I felt like and not worry about other people.
Now that it’s over, I haven’t been able to keep a steady job. I’ve lost all the support I built up for myself in social situations.
Ubuntu for my servers, and Linux Mint for my Workstation.
I grew up using Debian-based distros, so it’s what I’m comfortable with. I like how Mint seems to “just work” most of the time, especially with samba shares and usb peripherals.
Ubuntu server is primarily because it’s incredibly easy to get support when you need it.
My god that might just work, I’ve used RS Toolkit a bunch and forgot it had that feature!
I’ve had the MSN message sound as my SMS Ringer for years now. The looks I get from people are fantastic.
Yeah I figured this was the case. Ah well!
Holy hell how many times are you going to post this? Three different communities by my count so far. Stop clogging up the frontpage.
This is what they’ve done since day one.
Isn’t this the exact reason GOG was founded in the first place? How is this new?
edit: to be clear, I’m fully in support of this. I’ve just been under the assumption they’ve always done this.
Put the shaders .zip file into the /shaderpacks folder, and make sure you have the Iris .jar in the /mods folder alongside BetterF3.
In the future I strongly recommend using a launcher with built-in mod support. Prism is my go-to.
You’re still better off with something from 8Bit-do at that price. If they included trackpads and vibration it would’ve been a nice Steam Controller v2.
Then why does the link to download the client lead to the MS Store instead of Github?
Your client is still Windows Store exclusive? That’s a hard pass from me.
I have the same card and ran the new God of War without any problems (once I got the <6GB VRAM patch). I would expect the same here.
Here we go again!
Not Open-Source, but there’s a fork called WACUP, which is Winamp with modern features.
If you’re on Desktop just use VLC, or try running Nova in an Android VM. Most Linux users are the type to meticulously organize their files, so I wouldn’t expect that there’s an app that’ll do what you’re looking for. There are plenty that will help you rename/restructure your WebDAV though.
Good timing honestly. The only reason I kept a Windows machine around was for gaming. Now we have much better support across the board.
Hardly dystopian. They just had someone who understands how tech works on staff.
