The hardest part for me was figuring out how to choose and register for an instance, and those websites have been improved since I signed up. I understood pretty easily that federated instances were linked so I could access stuff across all of them through an account on one. Choosing a client app isn’t too difficult either, just shop for features. The scene: Lemmy is full of commies, Mastodon is threatened by Threads, R.I.P. kbin, Bluesky aspires to be better Twitter. So basically, choose instance, choose client, curate feed, start posting (optional?). Did I miss anything?
Yeah start your habits inch by inch and you can hold that ground better. If you try and fix everything in one fell swoop your life won’t have the logistics to defend it on any front.
looks like a knockoff of Artorias fanart from Dark Souls 1

I wonder how much companies think about making history in a bad way.
Also, Sasquatch.
Skyrim over 2000 hours easily, 400 some into Assassins Creed Odyssey and Ghost Recon Wildlands; I have no idea how many I put into Vindictus, which is an MMORPG I played for more than a decade. For phone games I’ve probably put the most time into the Kingdom Rush series, best TD out there.
Is it possible to get a bot that gives an overview of the discussion?
But what if you included Mexico?
Not an answer to your question but maybe this helps- If I need to keep an item elevated or upright in my bag, I sometimes tie/clip something to the carry handle and then to that item, and then zip the bag up against that. Not a permanent solution but it’s helped in a pinch.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey- though I don’t think I finished it. But definitely had fun playing around with builds. Dark Souls, same thing. Generally it feels weird to start a game loaded with kit so I’m more likely to just do another playthrough.
I’m kind of surprised to see a post like this here, reference most of the many comments. In my experience online discussion trends towards radicalism and it’s not an ideal forum (ha) for reasonable political discussions; for example it’s very simple to demonize something, and with minimal penalty. One thing I can tell you is that there’s plenty of extremism here, and my feed is even spec’d towards memes and to avoid politics. The concentration is aggressive enough that these other perspectives you’re looking for are quickly savaged and oftentimes only expressed by people who aren’t smart in picking their fights and it shows in their viewpoints too. No idea how one would address that, like I said I think online forums are probably not the right tool for this sort of thing. Idk man, I just want my memes and hobby info without watching people seethe about American politics and wish for the murder of rich people in almost every community, political or not
